Horace P. GILES
1850 -

Horace P. Giles was born in Mississippi in December 1850. He had a studio in Boston from 1873-1910 except in 1876 when he was in San Francisco. He was living in Merrimac, Massachusetts in 1920 and 1930. He is believed to have died there in the 1930s. His rare works include frescoes, portraits, and landscapes. Exhibited: Boston Art Club, 1892-1905. Works held: Dartmouth College (Nathaniel Folsom).
